I was valedictorian at LonG BeacH HiGh SChooL on the MS Gulf Coast, and now I am a sophomore @ MiLLsaPs College in JAckSon, MS. I like to read any kind of Philisophical work or classical novels. I believe there is much to be learned from the past, since we can have no idea where we are headed unless we know where we've been. Our society has evolved over thousands of years through art, literature, and religion- all of which have created our various cultures and morales. Unless I can grasp how the human mind has gotten to the 21st Century, I can only appreciate these great works as face value, and not begin to understand the great minds that produced them.
